I'm having trouble making a payment - what do I do?

If you are encountering problems making a payment, please contact customer services on (+44) 0843 5236851
between 10.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday and 10:00am - 3:00pm Weekends. You can

I have a technical issue and it is preventing me from completing my order - what should I do?

I would like a photo on my invitation is this possible?
Some of our invitations have slots for your photo, if a design does not have a slot for a photo it may still be possible, please contact us prior to your order.

Will you send me a proof sample?

Yes we will email asking for details once order and payment is received, then once details are received via email we will reply with a digital proof (normally within 24 hours this can sometimes take longer when extremely busy, we will notify you if there is going to be a delay).

I have made an order and i would like to cancel

If you have placed an order and proceeded through checkout then please contact us and we will be only too happy to refund your monies to the original account the payment was taken from.

What quality of paper will my cards be printed on?
All of our invitations are printed on high quality 350gsm white card with a silk finish which is a slight sheen but not gloss. These are not printed on inkjets and we do not print individual cards.

Do my cards or personalised invitations come with envelopes?
All of our products come with FREE envelopes unless specified. RSVP cards come with envelopes pre-printed with address of your choice.

Can I change the font or colour on a card?
If you require a change of font or colours please specify in the party details information when replying to the request for info.
Please note: Some times the images used do not allow colour changes, in this case a proof will be sent as allows.

When will my purchase be dispatched?
We dispatch all items within 24 hours after approval of proof including Saturdays. (Please note that on rare occasions this may be longer due to high demand).

What carriage method is used to ship my order?
We do not charge postage for any address in the UK.
Overseas orders will be dispatched by Airmail.

Can I have my cards shipped overseas?
Yes we ship orders Worldwide.
Royal Mail aim to deliver to European destinations within five working days
and worldwide 10 working days depending on where you are located.

How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your points you simply order one of our products and when you enter your email it will automatically make any deductions earned. Points can not be redeemed for cash. You must use the same email as previous orders for the system to pick your points up.

I didn't order enough cards, how do I order more?
We are unable to take orders in the conventional way and all orders and payments must be made online.
This applies to both first time orders and re-orders.

I do not have a paypal account can I still order from you?
Yes you can still order, paypal accepts all payments including credit cards securely without needing a paypal account.

In the unlikely event that I am not happy when my cards have arrived, what do I do?
If you have any queries or comments regarding the personalised invitations or products you have received please contact us, we will do our best to rectify any problems you may have.

How will use the personal information that I supply when I register?
Hippo Invites respect the privacy of their customers and will not share personal details with third parties, other than for the purpose of keeping you informed about orders or deliveries.  This contact will come in the form of an email.
